Economic and employment benefits

The Southbury area is already the subject of large-scale regeneration proposals for new homes and business space, including at the Colosseum Retail Park (B&Q, KFC, Dunelm, Buzz Bingo) and Heritage House (the Crown Records and Waitrose building). Martinbridge Industrial Estate has the opportunity to build on this and provide even more enhancements for the local community.

Our plans will create a number of benefits, including:

Further jobs created during the construction phase & supported within the supply chain as a result of increased employee & business activity

Significant investment in Enfield’s economy and up to £4 million additional business rates every year to benefit local public services
